An owner can hand the commercialisation of a space to a sales house without giving up ownership. This guide describes the act, its limits, and what it does not settle.
Before you start
- An owner account with the right to delegate
- At least one space in your name
- The sales house you want to entrust it to
Propose the delegation
You name the space and the sales house. The proposal goes out; it takes effect only once accepted.
Wait for acceptance
The sales house sees the proposal among its mandates and accepts or declines. Without their agreement nothing changes: an owner cannot dump two hundred panels into someone else's inventory.
Let them commercialise
Once accepted, the sales house manages the space: edits it, holds its availability, handles its orders. The revenue still comes to you.
Take the space back
A delegation can be terminated. Termination has no retroactive effect: sales already closed keep the terms that applied when they were made.
What this guide does not cover
- The sales house's commission rate, settled in the sales-house contract
- The platform's commission schedule, decided elsewhere
- Invoicing between you and the sales house, which does not happen on the platform
