Sales houses and owners

Publishing a panel, from type to rate

7 min read · updated 4 September 2026

The publishing flow asks one question per screen, and it splits in two: a mandatory trunk that is enough to put the space on sale, then an entirely optional differentiation phase.

Before you start

  • A sales-house or owner account
  • The address of the location
  • At least one rate line — a space without a rate cannot be booked
01

Describe the support

The type first, then the technical characteristics it entails. The questions asked depend on the chosen type: a billboard and mobile advertising do not share them.

02

Place the location

City, address, then a point on the map. The point is optional and can also be entered as coordinates: dragging it is not something you can do with a keyboard.

03

Set the price

The platform suggests a median of comparable spaces before the rate card — first within the same city, then on characteristics. It shows its scope and sample: a median over three spaces reads with the same figures as one over forty.

04

Publish, or carry on

One screen offers to stop there or to complete. Stopping publishes the space; completing opens the differentiation questions, which describe its audience and surroundings.

What this guide does not cover

  • Bulk import by workbook, covered in another guide
  • Delegation to a sales house, covered in its own guide
  • Regulatory siting constraints, which the platform does not know
