This guide describes the booking journey from the buyer's side, from finding a location to the proof that the poster went up.
Before you start
- An open account
- A campaign created
- The display country chosen
Find the space

Full inventoryWhat remains
The six inventory filters, and what they keep.
Every filter on screen actually filters the list. None of them is decorative.
Check the dates
The calendar shows what is already sold AND what the operator has closed themselves. Both occupy the space, but they do not mean the same thing.

Two kinds of occupancy, two causes — the calendar keeps them apart.
An unavailable slot is not necessarily sold, and the reason for a closure never leaves the organisation that set it.
Send the request
Pick the period, attach the campaign, send. The amount appears before you send; you do not enter it.
Where the amount shown before sending comes from.
The amount is recomputed by the platform from the rate card. You never type it in.
After the request
The seller accepts or declines. Then come the artwork for approval, and the proof of display once the poster is up.

What follows the request, and who decides it.
The seller closes the sale. The last two milestones only exist after their agreement.
Proof of display
The seller files their records: the posting, the check during display, the removal. Each carries its photograph and the date it was made. You read them from the order, and no one can rewrite them.

At the end
Each record carries its photograph, the date it was made, and the date it was filed.
What the seller records, and what you read back.
A record cannot be edited or deleted: a seller who used the wrong photograph files another, and both remain. The seller writes, both of you read. The platform does not authenticate these records — it keeps the register, and prevents it from being rewritten.
What this guide does not cover
- Payment, which PAYBOARD does not collect.
- Invoicing, covered in another guide.
- Any audience measurement, which the platform does not calculate.
